The High-Performance Internal Thread Mill Carbide + X.Cut – M INT from SPPW is a universal tool designed for precise and efficient production of internal threads in a wide range of materials. Thanks to its integrated deburring step, the tool produces burr-free thread entrances and allows threading and deburring in a single operation — ideal for streamlined, high-efficiency machining processes.

The 15° helix ensures a smooth, controlled cutting action and promotes optimal chip evacuation, especially in tough or long-chipping materials. The X.Cut coating minimizes friction, increases tool life and enables high cutting parameters while ensuring stable process reliability. Manufactured from solid carbide (VHM) and equipped with a DIN 6535 HA shank, this tool delivers exceptional precision, form accuracy and thread quality.
