HIGH PERFORMANCE COUNTERSINK MADE OF HSS-E AND Carbide

Our countersinks are made of high speed steel with 5% cobalt content (S6-5-2-5). In addition, we also offer conical countersinks made of HSS-E08 (cobalt content of 8%) and carbide. HSS-E08 countersinks are particularly heat resistant and are very suitable for machining special alloys such as Hardox.

We offer countersinks - single cutters, three-knife cutters and hole countersinks with the tip angles 30° / 45° / 60° / 82° / 90° and 120°, as well as countersinks in 90° and 180°.

Our HPC solid carbide countersinks are available in peak angles of 60° and 90° as well as 82° and 100° for applications in the aircraft industry.

PRECISE Chamfering ANGLE

A precise countersinking angle creates the necessary basis for the later screw connection.
Our HSS-E and HPC countersinks are manufactured with an angle tolerance of 0/-1°.

RADIAL RELIEF

Our countersinks are constantly radially relief ground. This makes the countersinks particularly stable and allows almost chatter-free working.

HIGH-QUALITY CUTTING MATERIALS

Our countersinks are made of at least HSS-E05. They are therefore much more heat resistant than conventional countersinks and suitable for machining stainless steels.

Adapted COATINGs

We offer coordinated high-performance coatings for all our countersinks.
In standard TIN and for high-performance countersinks our X.Cut coating.
