The VHM+X.Cut circular thread milling cutter with partial profile is designed for M/MF and UN threads. With a profile angle of 60 degrees, it produces defined internal threads and is particularly suitable for small diameters. Thanks to its low cutting pressure, it works safely and evenly.

The design allows maximum freedom during machining. A CNC control is required to use the thread whirler, which allows complex thread geometries to be implemented precisely. The X6.Cut coating improves chip removal and extends the service life. This makes the circular thread milling cutter suitable for both individual parts and series production.
