Multifunctional tools for milling, countersinking, drilling and deburring. Multi-purpose tools, different machining operations can be combined and carried out efficiently with only one tool. Multi-V, deburrers, concave milling cutters, fore-back-deburrer, engravers and modular tools.

Carbide Micro End Mills

Miniature milling cutters from diameter 0.05 mm. Over 75 different versions for different materials such as steel, titanium, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals or precious metals. For applications in medicine, jewelry and mold making.

Rapid Line - End Mills

Milling cutters with highly polished surfaces for machining plastics and non-ferrous metals. Available as single flute cutter or two- and three-flute cutter. Suitable for milling of highly transparent surfaces. Multi-fluted and pyramid-profile cutters for milling of fiber plastics: GFK, CFK, AFK, honeycomb composite and foams.

Mirror-Line - Solutions

Milling cutters with mirror-polished surface for machining plastics and non-ferrous metals. For milling highly transparent surfaces. Multi-flute and milling cutters for special materials such as HPL (Trespa, Fundermax), softwood, hardwood, MDF, plywood, ACM (Dibond, Alcubond), fiber-reinforced plastics (GFRP, CFRP, AFRP), honeycomb composites and foams.

Carbide End Mills

Solid carbide end milling cutters for high-performance machining and trochoidal milling as well as universal milling cutters. HPC, HSC and TDC milling cutters with corner radius or corner chamfer for applications in mold making or in refractory alloys.

HSS-E / PM End Mills

Slot milling cutters, finishing milling cutters and roughing cutters made of HSS-E and powder metal for conventional milling cutters in steel, stainless steel, aluminum or light alloys. Miniature milling cutters from diameter 0.3 mm - 1/10 increments available from stock, shell end mills and disc cutters at short notice.

Thread Mills

Thread milling cutter with deburring step for internal threads and external threads for M/MF (metric), UN (unified), G, PG, NPT, NPTF and NPSF threads. Thread whirlers for metric and UN threads from diameter M 0.8.

Threading Tools

Taps and thread formers for a wide range of materials, such as stainless steel, titanium, aluminum and plastics. For threads M/MF (metric), UNC/UNF (unified), G (pipe), PG, BSW/BSF (British), BSPT (taper). Supplemented by hand taps and dies.

Modular Tools

Modular tools for centering, spotting, chamfering, deburring, engraving or thread milling, with patented sandwich mounting or polygon interface. Various cutting inserts allow the machining of different materials. Due to the patented sandwich insert seat, all tools have the best positioning accuracy. In combination with the particularly stable inserts, this leads to long tool life and increased cutting speeds, in short: more productivity!
