The Mirror-Line milling cutter for PF plastics made of solid carbide is a three-flute cutter specially designed for phenolic plastics (Bakelite) and high-pressure laminates such as Trespa® or Fundermax®, as well as for composites (GRP, CFRP). Its right-hand spiral with upward chip ejection produces clean cutting edges without tearing the surface of the panel material.
Chip breakers ensure controlled chip removal and prevent clogging of the cutting area. This keeps machining stable even during longer milling runs. The Dia.HC coating protects the cutter from welding and friction and increases the tool's service life.
