The Mirror-Line down-cut milling cutter for PF plastics made of solid carbide is designed as a three-flute cutter. Especially for phenolic plastics (Bakelite) and high-pressure laminates as well as for composites (GRP, CFRP). Its left-hand spiral with chip ejection at the bottom prevents fraying of the top layer.
Chip breakers ensure controlled chip removal and prevent clogging of the cutting area – high stability, even with longer milling paths. The Dia.HC coating protects the milling cutter from heat, welding and friction and extends its service life.
