The Mini forward and backward deburring tool carbide + X.Cut Bi-Face 90° from SPPW is designed for precise deburring, chamfering and back-deburring in a single machining cycle. Its long design and double-sided 90° cutting head allow reliable deburring of inner edges, cross-holes and hard-to-reach bore entrances and exits.

With extremely sharp cutting geometry and diameters starting from 0.20 mm, this tool ensures clean, burr-free results even in micro-bores. The X.Cut coating provides reduced friction, long tool life and stable cutting performance in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, titanium and non-ferrous metals.
