This modular countersink covers 60°, 90° and 120° chamfer angles with replaceable carbide inserts. Reinforced two-edged inserts and a play-free seat produce burr-free, uniform chamfers. The robust system can also be used on machines with lower rigidity.

⚙️ Typical applications: The available angles allow holes to be deburred, screw seats to be produced and different chamfers to be machined on housings, plates and turned parts.
