The VHM+X.Cut copy milling cutter with uneven pitch is designed for roughing and finishing tough and extremely hard materials. With a face radius and center-cutting geometry, it plunges directly into the material and mills radii, contours, and pockets cleanly.
The uneven pitch of 35°/38° reduces vibrations and ensures a smooth cut even at high speeds. The X.Cut coating increases tool life, reduces friction, and supports chip removal.

The copy milling cutter is available in various sizes, including 6 mm and 8 mm copy milling cutters. This allows users to machine smaller contours as well as large-format components made of steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals.
