The powder metal roughing cutter with X.Cut coating is designed for HPC roughing of tough and hard materials. Thanks to powder metal, it achieves a particularly high chip removal rate and remains stable even under unfavorable machining conditions.

The fine HR roughing teeth ensure controlled cutting and uniform chip breaking. With a center cut and protective chamfer, the roughing cutter is suitable for both plunge cutting and contour milling.

The shank according to DIN 1835 B with clamping surface ensures secure clamping in the tool holder. The X.Cut coating protects the tool and supports clean chip removal, which extends the service life.
