The Precision Machine Reamers Carbide 1/100 increments from SPPW are designed for ultra-accurate finishing operations where extremely tight tolerances and superior surface quality are required. Featuring a 45° lead for through holes, a left-hand spiral and right-hand cutting action, these reamers ensure clean cutting performance, optimal chip evacuation and outstanding process stability.

From diameters of 13.97 mm and above, the tools are equipped with a solid carbide head for increased wear resistance and dimensional accuracy. The polished (blank) surface reduces friction and maintains consistent precision throughout the entire tool life. The tight tolerance system — up to Ø3 +0.003 mm, up to Ø6 +0.004 mm and above +0.005 mm — enables exceptionally accurate reaming at the highest industrial standard.
