The Micro Radius End Mill Carbide + X.Cut from SPPW is engineered for ultra-precise micro machining tasks that require maximum stability and accuracy. Its short, rigid design minimizes vibration and ensures outstanding contour precision, even at extremely small diameters starting from 0.1 mm.

Featuring a sharp cutting edge, center cutting geometry and a cutting length of 2–3xØ, the tool offers excellent control when machining the smallest radii. The X.Cut coating reduces friction, improves heat dissipation and significantly increases tool life — even under demanding cutting conditions and in difficult materials. Manufactured from solid carbide (VHM) and equipped with a DIN 6535 HA shank, this tool delivers exceptional precision, surface quality and process reliability.
