The 82-degree VHM+X.Cut countersink is specially designed for the demanding requirements of aircraft construction. Thanks to its monobloc design, the tool operates with low vibration and ensures uniform countersinking. From a diameter of 12.4 millimeters, the shank is designed with three clamping surfaces, which enables secure clamping in the tool holder.

The eccentric relief grinding and a constant profile produce precise countersinks and support clean cutting behavior. The X.Cut coating improves chip removal and extends the service life of the tool. This makes the 82-degree countersink ideal for demanding countersinking in metallic materials.
