The Micro 1/4 circle concave cutter carbide + X.Cut from SPPW is engineered for CNC machining of extremely small and precise concave radii. Its micro-geometry makes it ideal for thin-walled parts, delicate contours and highly detailed miniature components.

The concave cutting profile produces perfectly smooth radii without chipping, while the solid carbide design ensures maximum dimensional accuracy. With no center cutting edge, the tool provides optimum stability and a flawless concave profile. The X.Cut coating reduces friction and ensures long tool life when machining steel, stainless steel, cast materials, titanium and non-ferrous alloys.
